What is included in these Painting prices:
- Ceilings: Two coats of Dulux Professional ceiling finish in a colour chosen by client (cornice and ceiling to be painted in same color. Basic preparation included which includes light filling of holes and gapping of cornice to wall. #movement cracks incur extra costs.
- #Wet areas will receive Dulux Wash & Wear matt finish for better resistance to moisture.
- Walls: Two coats of Dulux ultra premium Wash & Wear low sheen finish, in a colour chosen by client (all walls one color, no feature walls). Basic preparation included which includes light filling of holes and gapping of walls to trim. #movement cracks incur extra costs.
- Trim and doors: One coat of Dulux one step undercoat and 2 coats of Dulux ultra premium Semi gloss Aquanamel in a chosen color by client. Basic preparation included which includes filling of nail holes and gapping of cracks.
- ##Trim consists windows surrounds(not aluminium section) Full timber windows will incur extra costs. Door frames, skirting and doors.
- ##Kitchen and bathroom cabinetry not included.
- Removal of any Curtains, Blinds and Window Furnishings and reinstall.
- Relocate furniture to centre of the room for painting, little breakables are to be removed by client.
- Plastic Protection – Includes thorough plastic protection of all furniture, built-in cupboards, TV’s and electronic equipment
- Floor protection – includes thorough protection of all floors, including carpets, tiles, floor boards, vinyl and exposed finished concrete floors.

- Ceiling, walls and trim. Door to room (one side) and wardrobe doors.
